Rank New Content Faster (Treat Google Algo As A Child)

If you start a brand new website or post new content, the biggest issue you face is ranking on Google’s first page, especially at number 1.

It’s an old saying that you can’t rank on Google’s first page for a few months, or at least without authority. But things have changed now. If you follow a tested technique you can surely rank on the first page on Google within 24 hours.

Yes, that’s true.

I have tested the technique on many websites (some of them were of client’s business websites but most of them were personal commercial blogs).

So if you were searching how to rank a brand new website or how to rank new content faster, I shall tell you what exactly I do to quickly rank on Google.

I will tell you everything, sincerely. But you can only utilize the technique if you put your full attention.

Let’s get started with full attention.

What Google is looking for?

First of all, the most important step is to understand what Google wants from content? In the webmaster’s guidelines, Google has explained everything. It will not help you rank higher but produce high-quality content.

In the guidelines, the top 2 are the most essential for any content creator. Have a look at the top 2 writing guidelines by Google.

1. Write pages that clearly and accurately describe your content.

2. Think about the words users would type to find your pages, and make sure that your site actually includes those words within it.

You might be thinking that you already know these guidelines. You believe that you are already following all those guidelines but not getting rankings.

But here is the truth.

If you were following the guidelines, you were definitely ranking on Google easily. If you are getting rankings it means you are not providing what Google wants from you.

No worries. I will make you understand what Google wants from your content. And how you can easily do it to either improve your previous pages rankings or rank new content faster.

Here is what I learned from rankings hundreds of pages on Google using the content guidelines. If you follow these easy-to-follow steps you will surely increase your rankings. Hence you will drive free traffic to your new business website.

Treat Google Algorithm as a child

It might sound childish to you but it’s true. Unless you don’t treat Google Algorithm as a child, it will always be harder for you to rank quickly and easily.

You will always require tons of backlinks (confirmations and affirmations) to rank higher. If you want to rank fresh content without backlinks, think differently.

Here is the killer tip to rank for a new keyword fast.

Let’s dive into the Google algorithm mechanism. What that is and how it works.

Always remember that any Algorithm is a program. Programs always work for a purpose. Google Algo has a purpose to find the best and most valuable content for the search query.

Keeping algorithm as a program in mind, we can now understand that it must have some rules to judge content. The rules are already explained in the content guidelines.

Here is what they are asking you to do.

They want you to answer the query from all perspectives.

  • How users might be searching that topic differently.
  • And how your content is satisfying all those users.

Once you are clear about what users want to know and how differently they are searching, explain it as you are explaining it to a child. It will help Google better understand your content and rank higher quickly.

This is the shortcut to Google rankings.

I understand it needs more elaboration. So let’s slow down and break down the killer tip into two important parts.

Find out relevant queries to your keyword

Google wants to find the best content answering a query for all users. But people use different words to search for the same topic.

For instance, if you searched for how to rank new content faster, someone else might search how to rank for a keyword fast. Google understands that both of them are searching the same thing and they want quick rankings.

Google uses advanced technology to see the context and search intent. But why not help algorithms and improve rankings?

If you are using all the relevant search terms in your content (as mentioned in the guidelines}, you will find quick rankings.

It usually takes up to 3 months to rank for a low competition keyword. But with this technique, I ranked for many keywords on the first page within a few hours (as indexed within 5 hours).

It’s not over yet. The big thing is to understand user intent. The relevant keywords (LSI key phrases) help you understand the search intent, hence you rank easily.

If you are explaining a topic or a product, the first step is to see what people want to know about that product.

For instance, your keyword is “money counters for business“. It’s really a bad idea to start explaining money counters without knowing why people need those counting machines. What do they expect and what different perspectives you should discuss in your article?

Here is how to do it.

Your first step should be to find out who will search for these counters, and how differently they search for the counters?

They might be searching, money counters for retail, money counters for banks, money counters for this, money counters for that, they might also looking for a fast machine, etc.

Try those terms on Google and with Google autocomplete, see if they really do.

Once you include all these keywords in your piece. It will help Google understand that you know the user, and your content must be valuable.

If it’s hard for you to find those relevant keywords, you can use tools. LSIGraph is my favorite one.

Here is the second method that people use to find out the relevant queries.

Some people use Ahref to see for how many terms the main page is ranking.

Here is how they do it.

  • Put your main keyword in Google
  • Take the best result URL
  • Put it in Ahref site explorer
  • Check keywords

Put all those on your page, and it will boom.

Well, I always do it manually. I use Google for keywords research and also utilize Google search console.

Answer all the relevant terms briefly and accurately

As Google said, they want you to describe everything accurately. It will help you produce valuable content.

What is valuable content?

A valuable content discusses different important aspects of a query, and it answers all of them accurately.

It’s not what you know about the topic, it’s what people want to know about that term.

Look at another example.

Let’s say you are discussing success. If you don’t know who is your audience, and in which fields of life they want to succeed, you can’t answer them.

Some of your users might be searching for success in life, and some want to know success in careers, etc.

In such cases, I would try to focus on the users relevant to my blog (hence career) and give examples from other fields of life as well.

In this way, I am including different keywords, and satisfying all the users silently.

Once you are discussing different aspects of a thing that people are already searching for, google loves your content and ranks you easily – at least for your head term.

Before I end the debate, let me say it again to put weight.

Explain it as you are teaching a child, it will help the algorithm better understand your content. In this way, you will quickly rank number 1 on Google, for low competition keywords and improve rankings for competitive keywords.

AI tools use the same strategy

If you doubt it, take an example of artificial intelligence (AI) content.

Did you know you can create content with AI tools, and AI content ranks on Google?

How content created by a machine can rank? Do they really understand the search intent?

Actually, they are programmed to find out the relevant key phrases and answer them accurately. This makes it even easier to rank.

Take a look at another example.

Rank Math is offering a Content AI service to improve rankings. They provide you with some relevant terms, questions, and links. Once you put those key phrases, questions, and links in the content, your rankings will improve.

How do they do that?

The tool takes data from Google. They provide you with useful data from top results. But it’s not accurate all the time, especially for untapped keywords.

If you have time, it’s way much better to invest your time thinking of different angles of the topic and see how people search for it.

There is no alternative to human intelligence.

This is all that I do.

With this strategy, I have ranked many new web pages on the first page just after publishing and indexing. Sometimes, Google doesn’t index your pages quickly that’s why I use the best methods for quick indexing and utilize all the best ways to appear on Google.

Once you follow the method, you can rank for any keyword fast – even for a brand new website.

Final words

It’s true that if you follow the technique, I have discussed above, your new content will rank much faster. But it won’t happen all the time.

The reason is that if you are working on a high keyword difficulty keyword, especially in YMYL niches, you need great site structure, authority, and backlinks.

For brand new websites, you don’t have authority, you don’t have organic traffic to build trust. So your new content won’t directly go to the first page, not even on the second page.

In such a case, it’s recommended to find untapped keywords and create valuable content on those keywords. You will easily rank for those keywords. It will also drive free digital traffic to your new website.

In addition, you will get authority. That authority will help you rank quickly for competitive keywords in the longer run.

Here is how you can do it.

If your 20 web pages are ranking for untapped keywords. You internally link your new content with those ranked pages. You automatically drive traffic to your new content.

In addition, it will also get you quicker rankings for competitive keywords.

How long does it take to rank for a keyword?

It totally depends on the keyword. If the keyword is highly competitive, let’s say, SEO, it will take months – if not years – to rank for a highly competitive term.

On the other hand, if your keyword is an underserved keyword, and you produce valuable content as I have discussed, you will rank within a day.

How can I rank up faster on Google?

Here is the shortcut to rank faster on Google. Find all the relevant queries for your head term. Explain all those terms as you are explaining to a child. You will rank faster than any other method.

How can I get on the first page of Google in 24 hours?

You can’t rank on the first page for competitive terms. Although, if it’s an underserved keyword and you follow the guidelines I have mentioned above you will definitely rank on the first page of Google in 24 hours. I have done it many times.
